Starbound Mod Manager

Starbound Mod Manager (SBMM for short) is a free software made for the purpose of making Starbound mods easier to, well, manage. It allows you to link save files to custom profiles of mods, and a number of other features to help manage your mods.

Right now, it's quite primitive- being only available in a console state, though I hope it's usage is clear enough.  However, a GUI is definitely planned.

Starbound is a 2D open-world sandbox survival game available on Steam and other platforms. I've been a huge fan of Starbound for a very long time, and the mods keep the now abandoned game alive. The game has a shady past, but the experience it provides is awesome. I couldn't find anything similar to a "Mod Manager" for the game, like what there is for TerraTech. So I decided I will start working on it myself.

I started development on this tool when I had multiple playthroughs with somewhere around 50 different mods enabled, which were incompatible with the others. This tool is optimal if you wish to start separate playthroughs, like Frackin' Universe, etc. Possibly the greatest feature is the automatic exporting, and naming of every mod's content. This is because workshop mods in Starbound are usually just "(SteamId)\contents.pak" and are a pain to figure out in bulk.
